Hmm.. Not the best week.
I am sticking with the meal replacement shakes and having calorie controlled, portion controlled evening meals. I’m drinking plenty of water too.
I ran. Twice. Only 15 minutes each time. But I ran.
On Thursday I felt like I had a virus – I was unbelievably tired, my limbs hurt, my head was full of cotton wool. But I stuck to the plan.
Then Friday happened. Two shakes, plenty of water and a massive Dominos pizza.
But I got back on the plan on Saturday morning.
So weight loss this week – 2lb
Total weight loss – 4lb
